Definitions

Application— refers to the Quack: The Rubber Duck Game application
Device— refers to a mobile phone, tablet, or computer capable of running the Application
Developer ("the Developer", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement)— refers to the developer of the Application.
You— refers to the individual accessing or using the Application, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Application, as applicable.

Data Collection, Usage, & Retention

We do not collect any data— period. No user data is tracked, stored, used by Us and no data is shared to any third party under any circumstances. The Application runs exclusively on your Device and does not make use of any protocols which could potentially transfer data from the Device to Us. We have no servers, storage, or database to store any such data even if it were transferred. Use of the app is completely private.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this policy in the future if need arises (example: social features are added to the Application which necessitate the collection and usage of data). We will notify You of any changes via in-game messaging, directing You to this updated policy page.
